LANDS
We are looking for suitable sites for the installation of photovoltaic systems. Disused industrial / agricultural / excava land of at least 5 hectares to produce clean energy from the sun, thus offering owners to monetize from unused land.
The aspects to be evaluated are the following:
Type of land, available contiguous area and hypo-cadastral documentation;
Distance from the power line or substation in the case of medium voltage connections, or distance from the power line or primary station in the case of high voltage connections.
Land belonging to a maximum of 3 or fewer owners
If the analyzed site were suitable, then the preliminary contract with the owner would be signed for the relative purchase or rental with a thirty-year surface right, and then the whole bureaucratic and planning process would be started to get to first the Integrated Text of the Active Connections (TICA) and subsequently the Single Authorization (AU) and simultaneous signing of the final contract.
ROOFS
For individuals and companies we carry out the study and turnkey installation of photovoltaic systems on roofs or on canopies with parking lots.
We offer you a 10-year loan and a return of the investment in a few years through self-consumption of energy and with the exchange of the energy produced on site.

We also guarantee system sizing through a targeted energy study that is attentive to the real needs of the customer.
PHOTOVOLTAIC SHELTERS
Our offer includes the supply and installation of car parks with canopies integrated with photovoltaic panels.
Each arch is designed to contain two parking spaces for a length of about 6 meters and a height of about 4 meters.
In general, we install the structures, for each individual arch. with about 18 photovoltaic modules of 450 w each for a total of 8 KW per arch.
