Energy Audits

Our Energy Managers carry out accurate assessments to identify the management interventions, control systems and plant solutions most suitable for improving the energy efficiency level of companies. The energy diagnosis for a company is essential in order to understand how energy is used, what are the causes of any waste and to develop an energy plan by evaluating the technical and economic feasibility of the proposed actions.

Pyrolysis micro-cogeneration with the latest generation of high-efficiency technology is the most efficient solution for producing electricity and thermal energy from generic biomass with low CO2 emissions into the environment. Specifically, the technology we commercialize, through a very low emission pyrolysis process powered by vegetable, animal and industrial waste, is able to simultaneously produce 200 kW of thermal energy and 30 kW of electricity continuously, significantly reducing the energy costs of the related users.

Micro-Cogeneration from Biomass Pyrolysis

Methane micro-cogeneration

Methane micro-cogeneration plants are consolidated and highly reliable technologies. They are suitable for small and medium-sized commercial accommodation facilities. They have been designed to produce heat and energy in full respect of the environment from 22 to 50 kWt and from 10 to 25 kWe

Natural gas cogeneration

CNG cogeneration plants are consolidated and highly reliable technologies. They are suitable for large industrial installations (steam production thermal plants, hot process water, hot water heating) therefore with a production equal to or greater than 100kWe and 150 kWt. Natural gas cogeneration allows to recover the thermal component for about 65% of the total input otherwise lost in a traditional thermoelectric plant that produces only electricity. A single system simultaneously generates the needs of a company in both electrical and thermal terms.

Waste treatment

Validated and patented technology for the treatment of some types of waste, scraps and processing residues, with the aim of producing fuels and by-products to be enhanced in the energy supply chains. The heart of the process is the micronization of the waste, derived from the mechanic-chemical technology.
